I have been deeply immersed in the study and exploration of integral theory since 1990. My journey began with a profound curiosity about the interconnectedness of life and the potential for personal and collective evolution. Over the years, this curiosity has driven me to delve into various aspects of integral philosophy, ultimately leading to the creation of the Integral Help Desk.

My formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Curriculum from Western Michigan University (WMU). Additionally, I hold core 1 and 2 integral badges, which further solidify my commitment and expertise in this field. I also have a health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, adding a valuable dimension to my approach in supporting holistic health and wellness. These academic and professional achievements have provided me with a solid foundation to develop innovative tools and methodologies that support integral practices.

Among my key contributions to the integral community are the Nutramental Dietary Integral Index, the Axon Meta Matrix (Universal Phonic Code), and the FractalStarLife Composite Tactic. The Nutramental Dietary Integral Index is designed to help individuals understand and optimize their dietary habits in alignment with integral principles. The Axon Meta Matrix offers a universal phonic code that facilitates deeper understanding and communication, while the FractalStarLife Composite Tactic provides a comprehensive approach to measuring, forecasting, predicting, and guiding one's integral evolutionary path.

In addition to my work with integral theory, I have extensive experience working directly with noni fruit as a customer service representative and educator. I focus on highlighting the unique qualities and understanding of noni as a food, and I have developed an expanded framework for mature foods, covering the spectrum from glucogenic to lipogenic (ketogenic) maturation. Furthermore, I have introduced a classification of a food category called "vinemer" to capture the fundamental definition of the nature of noni in production.

At the Integral Help Desk, my role involves applying these methodologies to assist individuals in their personal journeys of discovery and growth. I approach problem-solving and support with a holistic mindset, ensuring that each solution aligns with the broader principles of integral theory. My work aims to empower clients by providing them with the tools and insights needed to navigate their unique paths toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
